Customized screw jacks for cleanroom environments
The drive solutions we supply to Cytiva are adapted to operate in cleanroom environments and meet the industry’s high requirements for sealing and cleanliness. The screw jacks are, among other things, fitted with bellows to be hermetically sealed and are lubricated with food-grade greases and oils, which is a basic requirement in the pharmaceutical industry. Our screw jacks – in a class of their own
The screw jacks Cytiva used before the cooperation with us began had low efficiency, generated high noise levels and overheated, which negatively affected both function and reliability.
