Conflict Minerals Policy

Swedrive works actively to ensure that there are no conflict minerals in products delivered from Swedrive.

Swedrive’s suppliers are expected to take measures to ensure that parts or products for Swedrive are conflict-free, i.e. do not come from conflict areas specified according to “Section 1502 Dodd-Frank act”.

The minerals defined as conflict minerals are:

• Tantalum
• Tin
• Tungsten
• Gold

Suppliers who deliver products where the above substances can be suspected of being included must certify that the products are conflict metal-free.
